## Tools
- fx_rate (free): FREE. Latest Bank of Canada daily average exchange rate for a currency vs CAD (e.g. USD, EUR, GBP, JPY). Pass the 3-letter ISO code.
- convert (Pro): PRO. Convert an amount between CAD and another currency using the latest BoC daily average rate.
- fx_table (Pro): PRO. Latest Bank of Canada daily FX rates for major currencies vs CAD.
- policy_rates (Pro): PRO. Bank of Canada overnight target, prime rate, 5-year conventional mortgage rate and 2-year / 10-year Government of Canada bond yields.

## Buying (agents)
1. POST https://ca-fx-rates-mcp.donniertf.workers.dev/checkout -> {checkout_url, session_id}. A human (or a payment-capable agent) completes Stripe Checkout at checkout_url.
2. GET https://ca-fx-rates-mcp.donniertf.workers.dev/token?session_id=... -> {access_token}.
3. Send Authorization: Bearer <access_token> to https://ca-fx-rates-mcp.donniertf.workers.dev/mcp (or pass access_token in tool arguments).

## Pay per call (x402, USDC on Base)
No account: POST JSON args to https://ca-fx-rates-mcp.donniertf.workers.dev/x402/<tool> -> HTTP 402 with payment requirements ($0.03 USDC per call, payTo 0x02226D28e0c85AE4AdDB7fe7043Dd2b1Ff710D41).
